Summer Camp 2008 at Inman Park Cooperative Preschool

STORYBOOK ADVENTURE CAMP 2008

Come and Play! Come and Learn! Come and Have Fun!

Storybook Adventure Camp at Inman Park Cooperative Preschool, serving children aged 2-5, will enchant your child with a “book-a-day adventure.” We have selected forty of the best picture books available. Some are award-winning, some are bestsellers, some are funny, some are silly and some are serious.

Each book will be enriched with age appropriate art activities, cooking activities, rhymes and finger plays, music and movement, games, drama and imaginative play, outdoor and community experiences and activities to encourage reading and math skills.

Your child will have the opportunity to make new book friends and revisit old ones in the company of delightful people friends!

Additionally, recall the old fashioned camp scene including outdoor exploration, water play and sing-along camp songs? Your child can experience all this and more at IPCP this summer. The campers will explore our Certified National Wildlife Habitat Outdoor Classroom with water play as much as feasible.

All children need to bring an individual snack and lunch each day. Children should come prepared with sunscreen, insect repellant, a sunhat and swimsuit (swim diapers if needed) and a change of clothes for each camp day. Please label all items.
