Some families are looking for a 4-hour preschool experience, while others need care all-day long — and those needs can change from day-to-day. For that reason, we offer optional child care as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 5:00 PM. We call this program “ExtendedCare”.
The ExtendedCare staff consists of IPCP morning teachers who continue care during these hours, as well as additional AfterCare teachers. This setup ensures continuity for the child’s day, as well as new activities and enrichments to enhance the morning program.
IPCP’s optional ExtendedCare Program is available from 8 to 9 AM (BeforeCare) as well as 1 to 5 PM (AfterCare).
How much does ExtendedCare cost?
$11.00/hour if you prepay and pre-schedule
$13.00/hour otherwise
(These rates are for the 2022-2023 school year.)
To prepay, submit an ExtendedCare Request Form by the 20th of the month prior to using these hours.
When not pre-scheduling, it’s still important to email the assistant director at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
